With several years with the Prairie Farms Rehabilitation Administration (integral part of Agriculture Canada), Johan was responsible for the design of several irrigation schemes, including feasibility studies, designs, supervision, and contract administration of pumping stations for river and lagoon intakes, irrigation water storage lagoons and assisting in the environmental impact assessments for these projects.
